Qualifications

• Degree qualified or equivalent in construction commercial management.
• Experience working on major complex building and MEP works.
• Must have a proven track record of managing large teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Change processes and ensure commercial and financial success of the project.
• Liaise and negotiate with the Customer's Commercial and/or project team.
• Mentor apprentices and support emerging talent programmes.
