Job summary

Pure Talent Group is recruiting a Commercial Catering and Laundry Engineer in Hampshire. The role covers service, maintenance, repair and fault finding of gas and electric kitchen and laundry equipment, in a field-based, customer-facing capacity.

Ideal candidates hold COMCAT / CKR1 gas qualifications (or equivalent), electrical qualifications, and a full UK driving licence. Salary up to £45,000, 42.5-hour week, van provided and 30 days holiday, with on-call rota 1 in 6.

Qualifications

• Gas and/or electrical qualifications for servicing kitchen and laundry equipment.
• CKR1/COMCAT1,3,5 or equivalent gas qualifications required.
• Electrical qualifications (18th edition, HNC/NVQ/City & Guilds) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintenance, repair and fault finding of gas and electric kitchen and laundry equipment.
• Field-based role requiring customer interaction and client visits.
• Meet clients and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

FSE Role : Commercial Catering / Laundry - Hampshire

Salary: up to £45,000pa basic

30 Days Holiday / On Call 1 in 6 (weekends only) / Personal use of van / Birthday Off

We are recruiting for a large national commercial catering and laundry service and maintenance provider working predominantly in the care sector.

As a Commercial Catering and Laundry Engineer, your key responsibilities will include service, maintenance, repair and fault finding of gas and electric kitchen and laundry equipment. This role is field based and will require you to be customer facing as well as meeting clients. My clients will consider those from either a Commercial Catering FSE background / Commercial Laundry or Domestic Appliance FSE that hold valid gas tickets (CKR1)

Previous Experience Required

• COMCAT 1,3,5 or
• Commercial ACS Gas Laundry Qualifications: CLE1 / CCLNG1 / CONGLP1PD / COCCLNG1 or CKR1
• LPG (would be an advantage)
• Relevant electrical experience (18th edition electrics, HNC, NVQ, City and Guilds in electrics would be an advantage)
• Full Driver's Licence

• Competitive basic salary between £40,000 - £45,000 pa depending on experience / location.
