Qualifications

• Commercial catering engineer experience required.
• Electrical fault finding capabilities essential.
• Ability to read electrical wiring diagrams is needed.
• Gas qualifications are an advantage but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out repairs and servicing of catering equipment.
• Planned contract maintenance and repairs.
• Warranty checks and repairs.
• Installation of new equipment when required.
• Diagnose faults and provide effective solutions.
• Manage van stock and order parts as needed.
• Complete all paperwork and logs.
• Use electronic timesheets on PDA and maintain time records.
• Attend meetings and training courses as required.
• Maintain good customer relations and maximise sales opportunities.
