Job summary

Bennett & Game Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Commercial Catering Engineer to service, maintain and repair catering and warewashing systems across Northwest sites including NHS, hospitality, local councils and education sectors.

The role focuses on regular service, PPM, fault finding and reactive repairs, with responsibilities across a 40-hour week and an overtime structure. A full UK driving licence, Comcat 1/3/5 and solid catering experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Hold Comcat 1, 3 & 5 qualifications and strong catering/warewashing experience.
• Full UK driving licence required to cover the North West.
• Experience servicing and repairing commercial catering equipment.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintenance, and fault finding on catering and warewashing equipment.
• Carry out regular service and PPM across various sites in the Northwest.
• React to breakdowns and perform repairs as needed.

Salary: GBP18.88 - GBP19.88 per hour

Position: Commercial Catering Engineer

Location: North West

Salary: Up to £19.88ph based on 40 hour week

Our client is a well renowned FM company based in the Northwest who specialise in HVAC, refrigeration, and Commercial Catering maintenance and was founded in the 1960s. Currently, due to continued expansion in the Northwest, a Commercial Catering Engineer is required to carry out Service, maintenance, and reactive work across the Northwest

The Commercial Catering Engineer will be completing regular service, PPM, fault finding and repair on catering & warewashing across various commercial sites within NHS, Hospitality, Local councils, education/universities and retail catering sites.

Commercial Catering Engineer Position Requirements

• Able to complete service, maintenance, fault finding and repair
• Hold Comcat 1, 3 & 5
• Strong experience working on commercial catering and ware washing systems
• Full UK Driving license
• Able to work across the North West
• Salary up to £19.88ph
• Overtime x1.5/x2
• 31 days holiday inc bank holiday - Rising to 34 after 12 months. Plus 1 Day after every 5-year service
• 1 day off for your birthday
• Bonus scheme for Long Service
• 40 hours

• 1-7 call out plus £100 retainer, Overtime and D2D
