Job description

What you'll do:

• Improve pricing processes to boost accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
• Support the roll out of governance frameworks like CPQ and approval workflows.
• Manage pricing updates and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Collaborate with regional teams to align tools and processes.
• Support new product introductions or changes from a pricing systems perspective.
• Administer and enhance pricing systems (e.g., CPQ, ERP modules, pricing engines).

What you'll bring:

• Experience constructively challenging the status quo and leading diverse leadership groups through improvement initiatives.
• Experience in pricing operations, sales operations, or commercial support roles.
• Hands‑on experience with CPQ systems (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, Oracle, PROS, Vendavo).
• Knowledge of pricing processes and governance in B2B environments.
• Excellent Excel skills and comfort with data manipulation.
• Experience working in global or matrixed organizations.
• Bonus: Lean/Six Sigma, ERP system experience (SAP, Oracle), or exposure to subscription/service‑based pricing.
