Qualifications

• Proven experience managing multi-tenanted commercial buildings or similar environments.
• Strong background in contractor management (hard and soft services).
• Demonstrable experience with service charge budgeting, project delivery, and retendering.
• Knowledge and practical experience in ESG initiatives and sustainability reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the day-to-day running and maintenance of the building.
• Lead, supervise, and develop on-site staff and contractors.
• Maintain strong occupier relationships.
• Oversee hard and soft service contractors.
• Manage service charge budgets accurately.
