Job title: Commercial Associate Solicitor

Salary: £63,000-£77,000+

Our client is a top-tier, Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked firm seeking a Senior Commercial Solicitor with at least four years' post-qualification experience to join its growing Commercial team.

You'll handle a broad spectrum of commercial contracts, intellectual property and data-protection matters-working autonomously on files while having senior support on complex areas. The firm are really open and happy to supply you with work in your existing specialisms or help you develop expertise in a niche area you're passionate about, whether that's technology, automotive, FMCG another sector.

You'll partner closely with the firm's support function on marketing and business-development activities, taking ownership of client webinars, articles, networking events and LinkedIn engagement. You'll also mentor more junior colleagues, engage in peer-to-peer technical discussions and collaborate across practice areas to deliver seamless, pragmatic solutions. A highly developed commercial instinct and the ability to tailor your advice to each client are essential.
