Responsibilities

  • Provide daily administrative support to the Commercial Lead.
  • Organise samples and manage logistics for sample distribution.
  • Prepare client presentations, reports, and documentation.
  • Support retail client management and meeting preparation.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for quotes and samples.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Maintain accurate records in project management tools.
  • Collaborate with design, buying, and QA teams.
  • Assist with product spec sheets and seasonal range planning.
  • Support travel and meeting logistics as required.
