Evolve Commercial is seeking a Commercial & Procurement Consultant to join our fast-growing team, supporting complex technology, defence and security programmes across the UK.

You’ll shape procurement strategies, manage suppliers, run tenders and develop business cases, delivering value for money while helping grow client relationships. This role offers hybrid working, with travel to client sites near Reading 2–3 days per week and a competitive salary with bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, commercial or contract management roles.
• Knowledge of Public Contract Regulations.
• SC clearance or eligibility to obtain it is desirable.

Salary: £45,000-£55,000 + bonus + private healthcare + hybrid working

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone with:

• Experience in procurement, commercial or contract management roles
• Strong stakeholder and relationship-building skills
• An interest in technology procurement, including cloud, SaaS or digital services
• Knowledge of Public Contract Regulations
• A commercial mindset and confidence managing risk
• CIPS/MCIPS, or working towards it, would be desirable
• Defence or security experience would be desirable
• SC clearance, or eligibility to obtain it
