This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing program within Amazon Logistics and help shape the future of last‑mile delivery.

In this role, you will leverage your expertise in forecasting, reporting and analytics to support data‑driven decision‑making across the LMR organization. You’ll analyze operational data and translate it into actionable insights on demand planning and cost analysis. Your ability to develop forecasts, create scenario models and deliver clear reporting will be crucial in supporting our rapid expansion. You’ll work with analytical frameworks and market intelligence to inform strategic decisions and drive program viability.

This role is available in London, Luxembourg or Madrid.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Demand Planning & Utilization Forecasting: Develop forecasts for rental demand, predict rental volumes, vehicle availability needs and optimal deployment locations. Analyze vehicle utilization patterns to identify opportunities for improved fleet efficiency and inform capacity planning decisions.
  • Cost Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze cost drivers across the LMR program, including vendor pricing, maintenance costs and operational expenses. Create regular reports that translate financial data into clear insights for leadership decision‑making.
  • Market Intelligence & Industry Trends: Monitor rental industry trends, competitor activities and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions. Provide insights on pricing benchmarks, service standards and emerging opportunities in the vehicle rental space.
  • Analytical Infrastructure & Data Governance: Support the development of analytical frameworks and reporting tools that enable data‑driven decision‑making. Ensure data quality and accessibility while maintaining governance standards for operational and financial metrics.

You’ll develop forecasts and scenario models that inform critical decisions about vehicle deployment and capacity planning. Working with cross‑functional stakeholders including operations, commercial and strategic growth teams, you’ll translate complex data into clear insights through regular reporting and analysis. Your work solves key business questions: How many vehicles do we need and where? Are we optimizing costs while maintaining quality? You’ll use analytical frameworks and market intelligence to drive LMR’s international growth.
