Responsibilities
  • Assist the Commercial Team with a range of commercial and efficient administration service to help control and allocate costs
  • Use management information systems to effectively capture and report accurate data ensuring timelines are met
  • Process and produce transparent weekly and monthly cost value reconciliation process to ensure that accurate and timely information
  • Capture and allocate all relevant costs and liabilities
  • Undertake business activities to ensure that information is accurate and up to date and ensure the most cost effective use of company resources

  • Capture and report direct labour payments
  • Deal with situations ensuring queries and problems are resolved and escalated appropriately
  • Compliance with Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental policies, procedures and standards

  • Experience working in a complex team environment
  • Demonstrable experience of working in regulated administrative environment
  • Commercial awareness
  • Understanding of administrative process in relation to team activities
