Are you passionate about developing strong customer relationships and driving revenue within existing accounts? We’re looking for a Commercial Account Manager to help us maximise the commercial potential of our key customers and shape the long-term success of our partnerships.

This is a pivotal role that combines commercial ownership, strategic account growth, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll play a vital part in expanding our footprint across existing customers, identifying new opportunities, and contributing to our overall business growth.

Main Function

The Commercial Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing the commercial footprint within assigned customer accounts. This includes identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, driving new initiatives, and contributing to strategic customer relationships alongside the account teams.

This role directly supports the company’s revenue goals through commercial expansion within existing customers, fostering long-term partnerships and consistent value creation.

Responsibilities & Duties

Account Management & Growth

  • Serve as the primary commercial contact for assigned accounts, ensuring ongoing engagement with customers’ strategic objectives.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain commercial account plans aligned with customer objectives and Lendscape’s business goals.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with customer account teams, Marketing, and Delivery to ensure a unified customer experience.
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and account expansion.

Customer Experience & Advocacy

  • Partner with Product and Customer teams to represent the voice of the customer.
  • Advocate for customer needs, feeding insights back into service and product improvements.

Revenue & Target Achievement

  • Own and deliver against defined revenue targets for assigned accounts.
  • Track, analyse, and report on account performance, identifying areas for commercial improvement.

Strategic Engagement & Vision

  • Stay informed about industry trends, customer challenges, and competitive offerings.
  • Contribute to the ongoing evolution of account management processes and best practices.
Experience & Knowledge
  • Proven experience in commercial account management and sales, preferably within cloud-based solutions.
  • Familiarity with enterprise software solutions such as ERP, CRM, or EPM.
  • Industry knowledge of Receivables or Asset Finance is highly desirable.
  • Experience managing large accounts, identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and collaborating across technical and marketing teams.
  • Strong understanding of revenue growth strategies and contract negotiation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant certifications or training in account management, customer success, or cloud technologies are advantageous.
  • French language proficiency is a plus.
