We're recruiting for a Commercial Account Handler to join a well-established insurance broker based in Birmingham.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced handler who enjoys delivering high-quality service, supporting Account Executives, and building strong client relationships within a collaborative brokerage environment ಮೊಡು

The Role
  • Providing day-to-day servicing across a commercial insurance portfolio
  • Handling mid-term adjustments, renewals, and policy documentation
  • Liaising with insurers to obtain terms, negotiate premiums, and place cover
  • Supporting Account Executives with renewals, presentations and client queries
  • Ensuring all work is FCA‑compliant and completed to a high standard
  • Building strong working relationships with clients and insurers
What We're Looking For
  • Experience as a Commercial Account Handler / Client Advisor within a broker environment
  • Solid technical knowledge of commercial insurance products
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confident communicator with a service‑led mindset
  • Acturis experience beneficial but not essential
  • Cert CII /isations working towards professional qualifications desirable
