Location: Office-Based (Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm)
Salary: £35,000–£40,000 (DOE)
Full Time | Permanent

The Role

As a Commercial Account Executive (Renewals), you will:

  • Take full responsibility for a designated portfolio of commercial clients each month
  • Manage the entire renewal process—reviewing terms, preparing documentation, and handling all client communication
  • Deliver an exceptional service experience to every client, ensuring strong retention and loyalty
  • Act as the main point of contact for your clients, managing expectations and providing clear, professional advice
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all compliance requirements are met
  • Work closely with colleagues across the business to ensure a seamless service and uphold the company’s high standards
What We’re Looking For
  • Ideally 1–2 years’ experience within commercial insurance (renewals experience beneficial)
  • Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
  • Organised, detail-focused, and capable of managing multiple deadlines
