We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Account Executive to join our client based in Hertfordshire. Responsibilities
  • Building, managing, and growing a portfolio of mid-to-large commercial accounts with a focus on Large complex construction businesses.
  • Developing tailored strategies to address the unique needs and goals of each partner, emphasizing long-lasting professional relationships.
  • Conducting market research to identify business opportunities and presenting innovative solutions to potential clients.
  • Negotiating and closing sales agreements with clients, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal guidelines.
  • Collaborating with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, and customer success) to ensure seamless account management and satisfaction.
  • Serving as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations to address challenges and meet objectives.
  • Achieving and exceeding quarterly and yearly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Staying informed on industry trends, competitor movements, and advancements in Sports and Leisure markets, leveraging this knowledge to support client growth.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive, Commercial Executive, or in a similar client-facing sales role
  • Demonstrated ability to build and sustain effective long-term client relationships.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills that resonate with a diverse audience, internally and externally.
  • A strong ability to craft creative and practical solutions that align with both client goals and company objectives.
  • A data-driven approach to decision-making and performance tracking, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Team-oriented mindset, with a willingness to collaborate across disciplines and share knowledge and expertise.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with sales automation tools a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or relevant experience in lieu of a degree).
  • A growth mindset with an eagerness for continuous learning and improvement.
