The Role

You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of commercial and mid-corporate clients, delivering high-quality advice and service across a range of cross-class insurance products. You’ll be responsible for nurturing existing client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and developing new business through referrals and networking.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Account Executive who thrives on providing first-class client service and wants to join a brokerage that values autonomy, integrity, and long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of commercial and corporate clients, ensuring their insurance programmes meet evolving business needs.
  • Handle cross-class commercial products including property, liability, motor, and financial lines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and internal colleagues.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to grow income from existing clients and new business leads.
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations, renewal reports, and insurance reviews.
  • Ensure all client documentation and files are accurate, compliant, and up to date.
About You
  • Proven experience as a Commercial Account Executive within an insurance brokerage environment.
  • Confident handling a diverse book of commercial clients with premiums up to (and beyond) the mid-corporate level.
  • Strong technical knowledge across multiple commercial insurance classes.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
