As a Commercial Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for driving new logo acquisition in the commercial and mid-market segments through targeted outbound prospecting. This is a quota-carrying role focused on pipeline generation and full-cycle sales, requiring creativity, persistence, and strategic execution.

What would you do if hired?
  • Develop and execute a structured outbound strategy to identify, engage, and convert target accounts.
  • Prospect and qualify new opportunities using a mix of outbound channels such as: cold calls, personalized email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, and events.
  • Conduct high-quality discovery conversations to uncover integration challenges and map them to iPaaS use cases.
  • Deliver tailored demos and value-based presentations to decision technical evaluators.
  • Work with partners and ISVs to support and help deliver integration solutions.
  • Collaborate with BDRs and Marketing to refine messaging, define ICPs, and optimize outbound campaigns.
  • Build and maintain a robust outbound pipeline that consistently meets or exceeds quota.
  • Navigate complex buying groups with multiple stakeholders in mid-market organizations.
  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation and forecasting.
  • Continuously iterate and test outbound tactics to improve conversion rates.
Who are we looking for?

Skills & Abilities

  • Comfortable engaging both technical and business personas (Ops, IT, RevOps, Finance, etc.).
  • Strong command of modern outbound tools (SalesLoft, Outreach, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, discovery, and objection-handling skills.
  • Self-motivated and highly organized, with a bias for action and experimentation.

Education & Experience

  • 3–5 years of closing experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 2 years focused on outbound or new logo acquisition.
  • Proven success in a prospecting-heavy environment — skilled at building your own pipeline.
  • Experience selling integration, automation, or middleware solutions preferred.
  • Experience selling a Suite of products
  • Experience working with channel partners and ISVs
