Are you an organised, people-focused leader with a passion for delivering exceptional service? We’re looking for a Mess Manager to oversee all Soft FM services - including accommodation, food & beverage (bars and catering), cleaning, and events - ensuring smooth, compliant, and high-quality operations.

  • Lead daily operations across all Soft FM services within the mess.
  • Drive excellence in health & safety, food safety, and compliance standards.
  • Oversee budgeting, invoicing, and stock control to meet financial targets.
