Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Combine Beauty Therapy Tutor to join our dynamic training team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering Level 3 Focus Awards Combined Beauty Therapy, with high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment, ensuring all requirements of the qualification are met in Beauty Therapy, including traditional and advanced techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment in Beauty Therapy, covering areas such as:
  • Facial and skincare treatments
  • Manicure and pedicure
  • Waxing and hair removal
  • Makeup and lash/brow treatments
  • Massage and body therapy techniques
  • Health, safety, and client care
  • Prepare and adapt lesson plans, learning materials, and assessments to meet individual learner needs.
  • Monitor, review, and provide constructive feedback on learners’ progress.
  • Support learners in developing practical skills and achieving qualification outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with awarding body standards, internal quality assurance, and safeguarding procedures.
  • Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement of the Beauty Therapy programme.
Essential Requirements
  • Recognised Level 3 qualification (or higher) in Beauty Therapy or a related discipline.
  • Teaching qualification (PTLLS, AET, Cert Ed, or equivalent).
  • Assessor qualification (TAQA, A1, D32/D33).
  • Experience delivering Beauty Therapy training within a further education or work-based learning setting.
  • Current and relevant industry knowledge and experience.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusive learning.
Desirable
  • Level 4 qualification in Advanced Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, or related field.
  • Experience with blended learning or digital teaching platforms.
