Job summary

Woodlands Home & Garden Group in Bradford is seeking an experienced Combi Lift Driver or Side Loader Driver to move materials safely and efficiently within our Bradford operation. You will be required to load and unload timber and components, book deliveries, and maintain stock records while contributing to a safe, well-organised warehouse environment.

The role offers permanent, full-time hours with a focus on safety, reliability and teamwork, in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Experience operating Combi Lift or Side Loader in a warehouse/manufacturing setting.
• A valid Combi Lift or Side Loader licence is required.
• Strong focus on safety, accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate Combi Lift, Side Loader and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload timber, components and finished products.
• Book in deliveries and complete quality checks on incoming goods.
• Maintain accurate stock records through regular stock counts.
• Pick and supply materials to production teams.
• Process returned goods and store stock correctly.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse.
• Support improvements across warehouse operations.

Combi Lift Driver and Side Loader Driver

Location: Thornbury Industrial Estate, Bradford BD3 7AF

Salary: Competitive and negotiable depending on experience, with overtime opportunities

Vacancy Type: Permanent, full-time

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 5:00pm; Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and safety-conscious Combi Lift Driver or Side Loader Driver. You will help ensure materials and finished products are moved safely, efficiently and accurately throughout our Bradford operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Combi Lift, Side Loader and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently.


• Load and unload timber, components and finished products.


• Book in deliveries and complete quality checks on incoming goods.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous Combi Lift or Side Loader operating experience.


• A current Combi Lift or Side Loader licence.


• A reliable, punctual and responsible approach.


• A strong focus on safety, quality and attention to detail.


• Ability to work at pace in a busy manufacturing environment.


• Clear communication and a willingness to support other warehouse activities.


• Manufacturing or warehouse experience would be advantageous.
