An opportunity has arisen to join the Colorectal 2 week wait team cancer nurse specialists at Stockport NHS Foundation Trust. We are a dynamic and passionate service responsible for delivering high quality cancer care to our patients. We are committed to supporting the continued professional development of our team. Managing the two week pathway for patients with a newly diagnosed or suspected Colorectal cancer. Supporting patients and their families at the time of investigation and diagnosis and throughout their journey. The role will include triaging with telephone or face to face in clinics to ensure faster diagnostics. Providing specialist knowledge and support to other members of the wider team.

If successful this vacancy will require an enhanced DBS check at a cost of £54.90. This cost will be deducted from your first Trust salary. In addition to this it will be a condition of your employment that you will join the DBS update service and pay the annual subscription fee of £16.
