Qualifications

• Experience in utilizing the ERAS protocol is required.
• Cancer Keyworker experience is necessary.
• Education of patients, carers and ward staff is a large part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of inpatients/clients and review them daily.
• Participate in the HCA W1 CNS rota for triaging referrals.
• Support the development of the colorectal cancer service.

Skills

Advanced communication skills

Ability to work autonomously

Extensive experience in colorectal nursing

Education

NMC registered nurse

Completed relevant postgraduate module (level 6 or 7)
