About the Job

Games Workshop has an exciting new role for a Collections Management Librarian to join our Archiving team, where you will be responsible for completing an inventory and implementing a catalogue system to archive every physical asset that has been created by, or on behalf of, Games Workshop.

Our Mission

Our archiving teams are the hidden heroes who ensure the long‑term protection of Games Workshop's intellectual property by organising its physical and digital assets, past, present and future.

Responsibilities
  • Complete a comprehensive catalogue of all physical assets of Games Workshop collections.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for physical asset enquiries from the wider business, planning efficiently and ensuring assets are properly located and documented.
  • Work with the chosen third‑party provider to implement a catalogue system that covers product, artwork and miniatures across the Warhammer World exhibition.
  • Design a metadata schema and create a framework for cataloguing all physical artwork.
  • Lead a project group to ensure newly created physical assets are added to the system effectively.
