Job summary

Personnel Solutions (Midlands) Limited in Bristol is seeking reliable Van Drivers for a busy parcel delivery operation. You will deliver parcels to businesses and homes, loading and unloading as required, and maintain a professional, customer-focused approach throughout the round.

The role requires a full manual UK driving licence with a maximum of six penalty points, and a DBS check prior to starting (£30). You’ll work Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00, on a regular, active delivery schedule.

Qualifications

The Role

As a Van Driver, your main responsibilities will include:

• Driving a company van safely and responsibly
• Delivering parcels to businesses and residential addresses
• Loading and unloading parcels
• Completing deliveries efficiently and accurately
• Following designated delivery routes and instructions
• Working to daily delivery targets while maintaining high standards of service

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must:

• Hold a

full manual UK driving licence

• Have

no more than 6 penalty points on your licence

• Be able to successfully complete a

DBS check before starting work which is charged at £30.

• Be reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Have a professional and customer-focused attitude
• Be comfortable working independently and managing your own delivery round
• Have good communication skills
