Salary: Year 1 - £19,757 (under 21) / £23,874 (21+)

As a colleague experience apprentice, you will provide friendly and efficient support throughout the colleague lifecycle, helping to keep information accurate and assisting with a variety of HR tasks across the business. You'll thrive in a busy, fast‑paced environment and enjoy learning new skills while making a real impact.

This is a development‑focused role, perfect if you're eager to grow your career in HR. You'll receive formal training both on the job and through an external provider, including a level 3 CIPD qualification, giving you transferable skills for the future. You'll also be supported by a dedicated mentor and a friendly team committed to your success.
