Job summary

Undisclosed, a leading Tier One Investment Bank, is seeking an experienced Collateral Management Associate to join its Global Markets Operations in London.

You will manage collateral processes for OTC Derivatives, Repo and Prime Brokerage, ensuring accurate margin calls, risk mitigation and strong client service. The role requires 5+ years in financial services with collateral experience, excellent Excel skills, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Investment Banking / Financial Services with 3–4 years in Collateral Management.
• Strong knowledge of OTC derivatives, equities, FX and bonds.
• Experience with ISDA CSA and margin documentation.
• PB environment experience and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for support of Equity Prime, FX Prime, OTC and Repo clients.
• Ensure accuracy of margin calls and effective risk mitigation with stakeholders.
• Escalate disputes and defaults through proper reporting lines.
• Develop relationships with support functions and Front Office teams.
• Expedite resolution of disputes; investigate haircuts and MTM differences.
• Produce monthly MI using internal systems and Excel.
• Review client queries and respond promptly.
• Maintain procedures and controls to eliminate risk.
• Attend client reviews and meetings as required.
