Pertemps West Bromwich are currently looking for a rolling mill operator for a well established manufacturer based in Oldbury.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate rolling mill/roll forming machinery according to production specifications
• Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to maintain product quality
• Conduct routine checks and inspections to ensure all products meet required standards
• Perform basic maintenance for minor machine issues
• Read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions
• Ensure production targets are met within established timeframes
• Follow all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe work area
• Complete required production paperwork accurately

Requirements

• Previous experience operating roll forming/rolling mill machines

Hours

07:30am-16:30pm Monday-Thursday and 07:30am-12:30pm on Friday's.

Pay

Pay rate starts at £12.62 for the first 12 weeks then rising to between £14-£15 per hour dependant on experience and would be a temporary to permanent position for the right candidate.
