Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking an Inventory Coordinator II to join our operations team. You will manage inventory across ambient, cold, and frozen environments, ensuring accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.

The role involves receiving, packing, and distributing materials while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet production schedules. You will work in a fast-paced setting with strict quality standards, perform GMP paperwork, and support continuous improvement

Qualifications

• GCSEs or equivalent
• Proficient with basic IT systems
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Experience in GMP or pharma-like environments is a plus

Responsibilities

• Receive, track and distribute materials across ambient, cold and frozen areas
• Maintain accurate inventory records and comply with regulatory requirements
• Perform cycle counts, waste disposal and SOP adherence
• Assist with cross-functional teamwork to improve processes and efficiency
