Job summary

IPRS Health is seeking a Qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) to join an in-house team of mental health practitioners. The role involves managing a clinical caseload and supporting a small team of therapists to deliver services across the UK.

Applicants must be BABCP Accredited with at least 3 years post-qualification experience. The role is fully remote within the UK, with a permanent contract and flexible hours (full or part-time).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience.
• Professional qualification in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
• Full BABCP accreditation – please add to your CV.
• You will be computer literate with good Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess and deliver, under supervision, outcome focused, evidence-based interventions to patients experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties.
• Deliver treatment to patients experiencing mild/moderate mental health difficulties.
• Deliver a range of support for evidence-based treatments, including: telephone, media or typed.

We are looking for a Qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) to join our existing team. The successful applicant will hold a clinical caseload providing assessment and treatment to patients experiencing common mental health problems as well as supporting a small team of therapists to deliver the service.

IMPORTANT: To be considered for this role, you must be BABCP Accredited with a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience

Competitive salary and benefits include:

Salary: £47,000 - £49,000 per annum (pro rata for part-time)

Position: Permanent position

Hours: Full or part time hours available, Monday to Friday. (full time 40 hours per week, part-time minimum 32 hours per week

Location: Remote working within the UK

Importantly you will be able to work with your team to achieve the best outcomes for your patients. Be able to effectively problem solve and prioritise. Communicate effectively and be able to effectively time manage to meet agreed deadlines in a demanding environment.
