A regional mental health service in Greater London is seeking passionate CBT therapists to join their team. As part of the expansion of the service, Hounslow NHS Talking Therapies is seeking three CBT therapist to join our friendly, values‑driven service. Enjoy flexible working, a hybrid week, regular supervision, and a comprehensive CPD programme. We welcome BABCP accredited Psychologists and CBT therapists trained in modalities such as BCT, CTfD, EMDR, and IPT.
Newly qualified therapists with BABCP‑accredited training are encouraged to apply—Band 7 salary applies upon confirmation of qualification.
You will provide a specialist and caring CBT service to our clients who are primarily suffering mild to moderate mental health problems, including anxiety and depression. This will include providing specialist CBT therapy, facilitating CBT groups and supporting PWPs to facilitate community and/or in‑house workshops.
In addition, this role also involves providing advice on clients' psychological care to non‑psychologist colleagues and carers, and supervising other colleagues including trainee therapists and PWPs and trainees from other professional groups as appropriate.
You will be based in the Isleworth Centre team base and Health Centres in the London Borough of Hounslow, as well as home working.
This role will include working with people from different cultural backgrounds and ages, using interpreters when necessary, and you will be passionate about providing an equal opportunity for all clients to access our services.
