Coffee#1 Ltd. in Aberystwyth is seeking an enthusiastic leader to supervise our store team and deliver great customer service.

Training will be provided in-store and at our Coffee Academies, with flexibility to work between 5am and 7pm, including opening and closing shifts which may involve lone work. Qualifications

• No prior coffee experience required; full training will be provided in-store and at Coffee Academies.
• Strong leadership and customer service mindset are a plus.

• Lead and supervise the store team to deliver outstanding customer service and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Coordinate opening and closing duties, including lone-working scenarios when required, while maintaining safety and security.
