We are a UK-based coffee company specializing in Premium Robusta and Arabica Coffee sourced directly from Tanzania. Our mission is to connect roasters, traders, and wholesale buyers around the world with the finest, ethically sourced Tanzanian coffee. We are expanding our reach internationally and are seeking motivated, results-driven Sales Representatives to join our global sales network.

Role Overview

As a Commission-Only Coffee Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing deals with international coffee buyers including roasters, importers, distributors, and wholesalers. You’ll act as our ambassador in your region, building relationships that turn into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and develop new B2B clients in your target region (Europe, Asia, or America)
  • Promote and sell our premium Tanzanian Robusta and Arabica coffee to traders, roasters, and wholesalers
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers
  • Negotiate prices, contracts, and delivery terms
  • Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs with team
Ideal Candidate
  • Experience in coffee trading, green coffee sales, or B2B sales trade would be Ideal
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Established network within the coffee or related food/beverage sectors a plus
  • Self-motivated, and driven by results
  • Comfortable working on commission-only basis with uncapped earnings potential
  • Sales experience trading in food commodities (Coffee) is preferred but not required
