Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Coffee Field Service Engineer to join our technical team. The successful candidate will service, maintain, and repair a variety of commercial coffee machines at client sites, ensuring minimal downtime and excellent performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and repair commercial coffee machines and related equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve technical faults on-site efficiently.
• Conduct installation and commissioning of new coffee machines.
• Provide excellent customer service and support, advising clients on machine operation and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of all service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company and industry standards.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in servicing coffee machines or similar commercial kitchen equipment.
• Strong technical knowledge of espresso machines, grinders, and brewing systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software issues.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to travel to client sites.
