Talented People Solutions is delighted to be recruiting a Field Engineer on behalf of our growing client in the vending and coffee machine industry! This is a field-based role covering the Central belt of Scotland, ideal for someone who thrives on the road and is passionate about delivering excellent technical support and customer service.

About the Role of a Field Service Engineer

You'll be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and breakdown support of a range of traditional and bean‑to‑cup coffee machines installed across commercial sites. You'll be the face of the company, ensuring customers receive a prompt and professional service.

Key Details
  • Shifts: Monday to Friday + 1 Saturday per month
  • Salary: £30,000 + door‑to‑door overtime
  • Travel: Fully field-based with company van provided
Responsibilities
  • Carry out reactive maintenance and repairs on coffee machines.
  • Diagnose issues and perform comprehensive fault resolution on‑site.
  • Accurately report and document each job (arrival, departure, and customer confirmation).
  • Manage van stock and tools, including ordering, receipting, and returning parts.
