Location: Aylesbury (Commutable from Milton Keynes, High Wycombe, Bicester, Hemel Hempstead, Leighton Buzzard)

Are you a certified Welder / Fabricator or an Ex-Forces / REME engineer looking for a hands-on role in a growing, specialist engineering business?

On offer is a permanent PM shift position where you'll carry out high-quality fabrication and welding, work with a supportive production team, and have opportunities for ongoing training and development.

This company is a fast-growing British engineering firm operating in a specialist niche market. They are known for innovation, quality, and investing in their people. They're looking for a skilled, detail-focused Coded Welder / Fabricator to join their PM shift Welding team.

You'll perform coded welding and fabrication, interpret engineering drawings, complete quality checks, and maintain 5S and safety standards. You'll record work using the EPICOR MRP system and contribute to continuous improvement, with full training and support provided.

This role would suit a certified Welder / Fabricator, or Ex-Forces / REME engineer looking for a hands-on role with PM shift hours, team support, and opportunities to develop skills within a growing, specialist engineering company.

The Role

• Hands-On Fabrication: Carry out coded welding and precision fabrication to high standards.
