Nightcap is seeking a Cocktail Bartender for Blame Gloria to craft cocktails and deliver memorable guest experiences. You will engage with guests, work quickly and precisely, and contribute to a vibrant, fun atmosphere across a dynamic venue.

Training is provided, and the role offers a responsive pay model, flexible shifts, and opportunities to grow with a leading late-night bar group.

Qualifications

• Experience in cocktail bartending and free pouring is desired, but not essential.
• Ability to deliver fast, accurate service in a busy bar setting.
• Strong customer service, communication and team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a diverse range of cocktails and beverages.
• Engage with guests and provide recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area and stock levels.
• Ensure consistency and quality in drink preparation.
• Adhere to safety and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Collaborate with staff to maintain smooth operation.
• Upsell featured cocktails and events to boost guest experience.
