Job summary

Viajante87, part of Thesleff Group, invites a Cocktail Bartender to join Notting Hill on a two-night, 20-hour schedule. You will craft high-quality cocktails, deliver warm service, and contribute to a premium, energetic bar experience.

Ideal candidates bring experience in a quality cocktail bar, deep knowledge of cocktails, and a passion for hospitality, with availability Friday and Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails across two nights per week.

Cocktail Bartender

Part-Time | 20 hours per week | Friday & Saturday

Viajante87 is looking for a talented Cocktail Bartender to join our team in Notting Hill for two nights a week.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Cocktail Bartender who loves their craft but is specifically looking for a part-time role. Working 20 hours across Friday and Saturday, you will be right at the heart of Viajante87 on our busiest and most energetic nights of the week.

Hidden beneath the streets of Notting Hill, Viajante87 is an intimate cocktail bar built around creativity, exceptional drinks and genuine hospitality.

Our approach to cocktails is innovative and ingredient-led, combining technique, storytelling and flavours inspired by cultures from around the world. This is a bar for people who take drinks seriously without taking themselves too seriously.

As part of Thesleff Group, Viajante87 sits alongside some of London’s most distinctive hospitality brands, including Los Mochis, Sale e Pepe and MA/NA Mayfair.

The Role

As our Cocktail Bartender, you will:

• Work approximately 20 hours per week across Friday and Saturday
• Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails consistently and efficiently
• Deliver warm, knowledgeable and engaging service
• Work confidently within a fast-paced, premium cocktail environment
• Develop a strong understanding of our cocktail menu, ingredients and techniques
• Maintain excellent bar setup, preparation and cleanliness standards
• Work closely with the wider bar team to create a memorable guest experience
• Bring personality, energy and genuine enthusiasm to every shift

About You

We are looking for a Cocktail Bartender who has:

• Previous experience within a quality cocktail bar or premium hospitality environment
• Strong cocktail knowledge and an understanding of classic and contemporary techniques
• Confidence working in a busy bar environment
• Excellent attention to detail and presentation
• A genuine interest in spirits, ingredients and cocktail development
• A warm, engaging personality and a natural approach to hospitality
• Availability to work both Friday and Saturday

Above all, we are looking for someone who genuinely loves bartending. You might already have another commitment during the week, be studying, working creatively elsewhere, or simply prefer a two-day working pattern. What matters to us is what you bring to the bar when you are here.
