Cocktail Bartender

We are looking for talented bartenders to join the team at The Merchant Hotel Cocktail Bar. The ideal candidate will be passionate about drinks and sharing their knowledge with our customers.

The successful candidate will also be excited to develop themselves by having the opportunity to work with top bars from around the world as part of our “bar takeover program”.

We have a full-time role available, paid hourly at £11.44, including a generous service charge. A full-time staff member can expect to earn an additional £100-£150 per week through service charges, paid weekly through payroll.

Work Abroad

Essential Criteria:

• 1 year experience working as a bartender
• Passionate about customer care
• Strong understanding of classic cocktails
• High level of wine and spirits knowledge

Desirable Experience:

• Experience working within a five-star environment
• Two years’ experience as a bartender, with at least 6 months in a cocktail environment
