Hawksmoor in Manchester is seeking an experienced Bartender to create outstanding drinks and memorable moments at the bar. Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, beers and soft drinks to Hawksmoor standards while delivering engaging, knowledgeable service.

Keep the bar stocked, clean and organized and work closely with the floor team to ensure seamless guest experiences. You will learn and develop your cocktail and spirits knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience behind a busy bar and maintaining high standards.
• Passion for cocktails, wines and spirits.
• Engaging, outgoing and able to talk to guests.
