Job summary

Manpower Group (UK) in Bicester seeks a detail-driven Quality Inspector to ensure components meet strict visual, dimensional and finish standards before dispatch to automotive, architectural and industrial customers.

Hours are 7am - 3pm, Monday to Friday, with a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will inspect coated components, complete quality documentation, and support root-cause analysis to drive corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality inspection, preferably in coatings or automotive manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail and defect spotting.
• Good understanding of quality processes and non-conformance reporting.
• Ability to work independently and communicate with production teams.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced hands-on manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect coated components for finish quality, colour consistency, defects and surface integrity.
• Complete and maintain quality documentation, inspection reports and non-conformance records.
• Work with production teams to identify issues, support root-cause analysis and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure products meet customer specifications and internal standards.
• Support final sign-off before packing and dispatch.
• Maintain a clean, organized inspection area and follow H&S and ISO procedures.
