Job summary

Svitzer is seeking an experienced Tug Master to command the Victory, supporting towage across UK ports and coastal waters. You will live onboard, lead the crew, and ensure safe, efficient vessel operation with sound judgement and decisive leadership.

The role demands hands-on maritime responsibility, coordination with port authorities and stakeholders, and a commitment to high safety standards and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and confidence working with multiple stakeholders.
• Solid administrative skills and comfort with computer-based systems.
