Job summary

Saltrock Bude is seeking a Retail Supervisor to join our team on a 20 hour contract. You will work with an energetic team to deliver an excellent in-store experience for customers while supporting the Store Manager to drive performance and sales.

You will help train and motivate the team, manage visual merchandising, and ensure smooth store operations, stock handling, and deliveries. A passion for our coastal lifestyle and product is essential.

Qualifications

• Warm and friendly manner fits Saltrock culture.
• Passion for selling and engaging with customers.
• Strong visual merchandising awareness in line with brand guidelines.
• Experience in retail environments is important.
• Managing a small team is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and help achieve store KPIs by supporting the Store Manager to drive performance.
• Motivate team members to deliver exceptional service and maximise sales opportunities.
• Support Store Manager in training and development of team members.
• Help achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and brand while processing sales with care.
• Maintain visual merchandising in line with Brand guidelines.
• Ensure customers have a positive store experience and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Keep store housekeeping to a high standard for health and safety.
• Provide product information including features, benefits and stock availability.
• Assist with markdowns/price changes within agreed timescales.
• Keep product tidy, presentable and replenish as needed.
• Process deliveries in timely manner.
