Job summary

Coastal Partners in Havant is seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead the design process across coastal flood and erosion projects. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage program milestones and ensure designs meet standards and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in civil engineering or closely related discipline.
• Experience in design management within civil/structural projects is advantageous.
• Ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and manage programme milestones.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and control the design process to meet schedule, budget and standards.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and liaise with clients, designers and contractors.
• Support value engineering, change control and quality assurance activities.
