Job summary

INTSOL RECRUITMENT LIMITED is seeking experienced PCV/Coach Drivers for full-time roles servicing Worthing and Fareham. You will operate coach services with in-house training support for those new to coach driving, ensuring on-time performance and safety across routes.

The role promises a minimum 8 hours per day with overtime, travel allowance for eligible Worthing drivers, and immediate start for qualified applicants ready to join the depot teams.

Qualifications

• PCV Category D licence
• Driver CPC and Tachograph Card
• Minimum 2 years' bus driving experience
• Maximum 6 points on licence
• Full flexibility with working hours
• DBS check required
• Pre-employment medical during onboarding
• Must live within 1 hour of either depot

Responsibilities

• Operate full-time coach services in Worthing and Fareham areas.
• Adhere to schedules and safety regulations.
• Participate in in-house training and support for drivers with limited coach experience.

About the Role

We are recruiting full timeexperienced PCV / Coach Drivers for full-time positions operating coach services in the Worthing and Fareham areas.

This opportunity is ideal for experienced Bus Drivers with little or no coach driving experience, as additional in-house training and support will be provided where required.

The role offers a minimum of 8 hours per day, overtime opportunities and pay from sign-on to sign-off.

Pay Rates

Weekdays

• PAYE: £17.45 per hour
• PAYE + Rolled-Up Holiday Pay: £19.56 per hour

Weekends

• PAYE: £18.50 per hour
• PAYE + Rolled-Up Holiday Pay: £20.73 per hour

Daily Travel Allowance:

• Standard: £13.40 per day
• Including Holiday Pay: £15.02 per day
• Available to drivers based more than 10 miles from the Worthing depot
