Driver Hire Ashford & Tonbridge is seeking an experienced Coach Driver to support local clients in the Ashford area. This temporary, ongoing role offers flexible assignments with weekly PAYE pay and competitive hourly rates.

You will operate coach and passenger vehicles safely, delivering excellent customer service, with responsibilities including safety checks, paperwork, and adherence to transport regulations. Prior coach experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Full Category D (Coach/Bus) licence required.
• Valid Driver CPC qualification.
• Digital Tachograph Card must be held.
• Previous coach driving experience preferred.
• Professional and customer-focused attitude desired.
• Good understanding of driver hours and transport regulations.

Responsibilities

• Transport passengers to planned destinations and routes.
• Carry out vehicle safety checks before and after shifts.

Driver Hire Ashford is recruiting an experienced Coach Driver to support local clients across the Ashford area. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and professional driver looking for flexible, ongoing work with a variety of assignments.

The Role

You will be responsible for operating coach and passenger vehicles safely and professionally while providing excellent customer service to passengers.

Assignments may include a combination of:

• School runs
• School day trips
• Private hire day trips
• Airport runs
• Other passenger transport services

During quieter periods, we can discuss alternative driving opportunities, including van driving or HGV work for drivers who hold the relevant licence.

Responsibilities
