Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong technical background in refrigeration engineering, mechanical engineering, HVAC or industrial heat-pump systems.
• Hands-on experience commissioning CO₂ (R744) systems, commercial refrigeration, industrial cooling or high-temperature heat pumps.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in the field.
• Comfort working in dynamic, hands-on environments with cross-functional teams.
• A passion for natural-refrigerant technology and energy efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site commissioning of CO₂ refrigeration and heat-pump systems, ensuring flawless execution and adherence to performance, safety, and regulatory standards
• Configure, validate, and optimise system parameters to maximise efficiency, reliability, and thermal performance
• Troubleshoot technical issues during installation and early operation, driving rapid and effective resolution
• Provide expert feedback to engineering and product teams to improve system design, reliability, and field readiness
• Develop and maintain standardised commissioning procedures, documentation, and best-practice guidelines
• Support customers, installers, and field teams with technical guidance throughout deployment and post-installation phases
• Analyse system performance data to identify optimisation opportunities and ensure long-term operational effectiveness
