Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in a customer-focused retail setting with managerial responsibilities.
• Operational retail experience in a sports or fashion environment is a strong plus.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support staff planning and hiring to build a high performing team.
