Job summary

Cencora's warehousing team in the United Kingdom is seeking a Co-pack Operative to support temperature‑sensitive materials, manage inventory, and ensure accurate shipment documentation.

You will monitor storage conditions, update records, handle on-hold or damaged items, and coordinate material movement using approved equipment. Prior warehouse experience and CSCP preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support or related field.
• CSCP certification preferred.
• Knowledge in warehouse operations processes, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging, and shipping.

Responsibilities

• Monitors temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment preparation to help preserve required conditions.
• Updates warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation to maintain traceability and control.
• Identifies on-hold, damaged, or non-conforming materials and routes them through defined handling procedures.
• Coordinates material movement using approved warehouse equipment to support safe and efficient flow.
• Prepares packaging materials and shipment areas to support timely outbound activity.
• Escalates non-standard handling or inventory issues to support timely follow-up.
