Job summary

The Organic Growers Alliance is seeking an experienced Co-Head Grower for Sutton Community Farm. This position combines hands-on organic growing with teaching and leading a team while engaging with the community.

Responsibilities include managing organic production over 7 acres, planning and forecasting crop production, and coordinating sales valued at £70-90k annually. The ideal candidate will be available to work 4 days a week and can expect to start in February/March 2026.
