Role Overview

As Co‑Founder/HoG, you won’t just join HumanMetrix—you’ll shape it. This is a rare opportunity to co‑create the strategy, vision, and growth of a company poised to transform the future of psychometrics. You’ll help lead sales and marketing initiatives, drive market research that guides our roadmap, build strategic partnerships, and contribute meaningfully to the evolution of our product suite. You’ll collaborate closely with fellow founders to innovate boldly and operate dynamically in a fast‑moving, rapidly evolving market. This role is flexible in time commitment and designed for someone with a strong entrepreneurial spirit who wants to help build something meaningful from the ground up.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute sales and marketing strategies to grow brand and revenue.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
  • Build strategic partnerships and enterprise relationships.
  • Contribute to product development and roadmap decisions.
  • Represent HumanMetrix in public forums, investor meetings, and strategic conversations.
  • Collaborate with the founding team to shape company culture and operations.
Qualifications – Must‑Haves

  • Strong analytical skills and strategic decision‑making ability.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a drive to expand market presence.

Compensation
